FAQ

  • Something has come up and I can't make it. Can I transfer my ticket to someone?

The best way to do this is by emailing ruach@ruachglobalnetwork.com by September 30th. They will facilitate the transfer from the original ticket holder to an individual on our wait list so that all of the original information and new registrant information are logged effectively in our database so that registration will go smoothly. We will no longer facilitate transfers after October 1st. If you transfer or sell your ticket to someone online (via Facebook Messenger chat, etc.), please beware of scammers and do your best to ensure that any financial transfer is entered into and completed with integrity. RGN is not responsible for funds lost to scammers through private financial transfers.

  • Can I bring my child(ren) to Ruach?

Although Ruach is designed for adult equipping and encountering, we realize some registrants do need to bring their children. We do not provide children's services at Ruach. We do sell every available seat in our venue, so if you are bringing any children, they also must register. All children who will be 2 or older at the time of Ruach 2024 must purchase a ticket. If the child is under 2, they will be expected to sit on the lap of the parent during conference sessions.

  • Where should I stay?

Everyone's needs are different so we suggest looking at the following options: 1) AirBNB or VRBO close to RTTN Church. 2) Cheaper hotel options will be located in "Chattanooga - Hamilton Place". Use this to search for your hotel in TripAdvisor or hotel booking app. The drive is approximately 15 - 20 minutes from RTTN Church. 3) Downtown Chattanooga hotels are closer but tend to be more expensive and charge for parking. Make sure you're aware of all charges before booking. (RGN Partners have rates at a list of hotels received in their weekly emails.)

  • Is Ruach 2025 livestream available?

We will livestream each Encounter service only. Viewers can tune in on youtube.com/@rttnchurch or facebook.com/ruachglobalnetwork for free.

  • Will Ruach 2025 be recorded?

Yes, every session in the Sanctuary will be recorded and available for purchase as a digital package post-conference.

  • I need handicap access and seating. How can I make sure I'm accommodated?

We're happy to help! Email info@ruachglobalnetwork.com for a custom guide to parking and seating as soon as possible so this is covered and guaranteed far in advance of your arrival.

  • Where do I park?

Please see our Campus Map for the General Parking Lots and note that our Chattanooga campus is surrounded by schools and businesses that are open during the day until late in the afternoon. We want to maintain good relationships with these organizations. Please only park in the marked parking lots on our Campus Map, especially during the day. The RTTN parking lots are monitored by police while we are on campus for your safety and protection. Please cooperate with our Parking Team as they're here to serve you! Thank you for understanding!

  • How does registration work when I arrive?

    1. Come to the Generations Building and check in with our registration team and get your conference lanyard that allows you access into every session! 2. Once you have your lanyard, feel free to go through the hallway classrooms and enter any of our Prayer Rooms for personalized and intentional prayer with Pastor Greg DeVries Team! (Group Registration: You can send 1 representative from your group and receive your registration packet.)

  • What is a seat-saver card and how do I use it?

You will receive seat-saver cards in your registration packet which will be a card with a velcro patch on the back so it sticks to our theatre-style chairs! Write your name on it and bring it with you each day. Seat saving ends each night so we start fresh in the morning. Your saved seat is good for the day. Saving seats for a group? Make sure you've got everyone's seat-saver cards before you come into the sanctuary. Our ushers will ask you how many are in your group so have the number in your party and seat-saving cards ready to go!
